Please arrive at the Old Mill Toronto Chapel between 3:30 and 3:45 p.m. to allow ample time for parking and getting seated. The ceremony will start exactly at 4:00 p.m. and late arrivals may not be accommodated.
Is there parking at the Old Mill?
Yes there is parking! The parking lot can be found at 20 Old Mill Rd. Parking will be provided for free to all guests. Michelle and Jack will have parking passes available for the day of the wedding. Please reach out to Jack or Michelle for the information.
If you are not driving to the Old Mill, there is a TTC subway station (Old Mill Station) minutes away from the entrance. If you are being driven by someone or ride share, please input the address as 21 Old Mill Rd. for the correct door.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes the building is fully accessible. If you are driving to the venue, the parking lot is down a slightly steep hill. If you are travelling with others and wish for a closer drop off, please use the passenger drop off area by the door located at 21 Old Mill Rd. (this is the main entrance where all guests will enter). There is one stair to get into the chapel and a ramp can be provided. There are no stairs to the washroom or reception room.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Michelle and Jack would like an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony.
Will there be food options for dietary restrictions and preferences?
Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone's needs. When you RSVP, please make sure to indicate any food preferences, restrictions, and allergies you may have so we can plan accordingly.
Are children allowed at the wedding?
Michelle and Jack have chosen to make our special day an adults-only (18+) event. This is to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us, and we can't wait to celebrate with you.
Can I bring a plus one?
To ensure we can accomdate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
What should I wear to the wedding?
The dress code for our wedding day is dressy cocktail or formal attire. We ask that men wear a suit and that women wear a dressy knee to floor length dress/gown or a jumpsuit/pantsuit. We ask that women please refrain from wearing a white or dark green dress/outfit. Please note that the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be fully indoors.
